Please help us to save Princesa? She is a an elderly and loved pet, wrongly accused of a crime she did not commit. Her only crime is that she is a Pitbull!!

A little girl was playing in the park in Murcia and Princessa an elderly and gentle Pitbull was lying in the grass. The little girl exuberantly playing, accidentally fell on Princesa and made her jump. The poor dog's frightened reaction was to give less than a bite. One tooth faintly pierced the little girl’s skin on her chest, unintentionally and not a bite but merely the slightest of grazes, with just one tooth. This was not classified as a bite and the dog was not being aggressive but simply reacted as anyone of us would when startled.

The owner of Princesa has told how the dog was gentle and would never hurt anyone but sadly the reaction was that Princesa was removed and taken to the pound in Murcia. Not because she was aggressive and not because she bit the child but because she is a Pitbull and is classified as a dangerous dog.

The owner is offering to pay all costs and will do anything to save his dog. We can help, by signing the petition and supporting saving Princesa. She is currently in Zoonosis Murcia perrera. You can visit Princesa there and see for yourself what a gentle dog she is. The hours are 11am to 8pm and open to the general public. If you have the time and live in Murcia, please visit her and stand up for this poor Pitbull dog. If Princesa is saved, maybe it will help others in the future, in a similar situation. Dogs cannot be sacrificed, just because they have been labelled as dangerous dogs. It is only bad owners that made these dogs into the category that has given many innocent dogs a death sentence.

Please help us to save Princesa she has until August 2nd and then will be sacrificed.
