George was rescued from the street and has been in foster care waiting to find his forever home ever since. He is in fact the poster boy on Actin's own facebook page cover image, a photo taken shortly after he was recued when he was younger. He has always been a very happy, healthy boy and loves his cuddles. He was recently taken very ill all of a sudden, and went downhill very quickly. The vets found a blockage in his stomach and colon and he needed an emergency operation in order to save his life. Actin's vets have worked very hard to save poorly George, and he has battled bravely through this major operation. We hope that he is now on the road to recovery with special care from our volunteers.
George really needs to find his forever home so that he can continue to receive the special love and care he needs and deserves. He is doing very well and with the chance of his own home we are sure he will get back to full health. If you think you can help George by giving him a home and sofa of his own, or you know someone who can, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please visit his page and share amongst your friends and followers to help us find George his forever home.
George's operation was very expensive and we are desperate for funds to help us pay for his treatment. If you can't offer George a home, please help him by making a donation towards his life saving operation and treatment. Unfortunately Actin don't have any reserves for emergencies and we rely completely on donations from you. Donations can be made via paypal to email@example.com or using any of the donate buttons on our website.
Please visit our facebook page for further updates on George's progress. Thank you all for your help and support and best wishes for George.
